Resources & training materials
We deliver a variety of face-to-face training packages. Our straight-forward quotes include no hidden extras and include preparation, printing and evaluation services.
Sessions are designed to utilise a range of learning styles including activities, DVD footage, group work and personal reflection. Click here to download a sample half-day 'Equality Update' session built to support your staff.
Many of our clients request their training to be focused on a particular area of equality and we have been more than happy to oblige. For example we can make the material relevant to your stakeholders by including activities that focus on understanding the communities you serve.
One of our satisfied clients says…
"Alex delivered a one-day Equality Impact Assessment training session at Huddersfield New College. Alex and his colleague were well-prepared, knowledgeable and approachable. They used a variety of delivery methods to engage us and provoke thought and discussion. All the delegates felt apprehensive about conducting EIAs before the training session but we were pleasantly surprised by the end of the day by how much of the myth and fear-factor had been reduced or eliminated.
What I particularly liked was that we were given a range of resources and advice on how to adapt these to develop our own EIA screening documents, as it is not a case of one size fits all. Consequently, I have gone on to produce an EIA screening template for the College which meets our needs. Having to develop this myself has given me, and others, much more ownership over the impact assessment process.
I recommend Pinnacle Training Solutions unreservedly, based on my experience of working with them"

"I am writing because I thought you might like to know that Kirklees Council has now made your online toolkit available to all staff through our in-house online learning system. All staff can access the resource as part of their personal learning / professional development, though we are particularly promoting it to managers and network contacts"
Fiona Weir, Kirklees Council
"This is a really good resource and I have forwarded the link etc to all our staff encouraging them to do this on-line training. Well done on producing this resource and thanks for sending it onto me"
